Statement
Great Strategy for US Immigration
Every
new immigrant will face a variety of difficulties and challenges: culture
change, language barrier, job competition, etc. Immigration Association
is aimed to help new immigrants and potential immigrants to familiarize
with the immigration laws, to seek maximum benefits entitled by the laws,
and to accustom to the new culture. It is an organization of immigrants
and for immigrants.

organization is run by several voluntary committee members. Our goal is
to promote information exchange and expertise sharing between our members.
Our committee members are working very hard to explore every possibility
entitled by the immigration laws and to make most of our services free
to members and non-members.

Once
you purchased a copy of our immigration
packages, you become a member. As a member, you will enjoy all the
free services we provided and on-line training courses at discounted prices.
While you don't have any obligation and responsibility as a member, you
are welcome to help on a voluntary basis. Your support is very much appreciated.

Outstanding Researcher and National Interest Waiver (ORNIW)
We
strongly recommend you this package. It explains the LEGAL shortcuts to
obtaining U.S. permanent residency through the categories of "outstanding
researcher or national interest waiver". You do NOT have to have a job
to get a green card! You Can apply even you are still a student. It is
a completely do-it-yourself kit containing INS original blank forms and
samples of detailed petitions. It contains many critical and rarely-known
skills and methods.

Extraordinary Ability (EA)
If
you have nationally or internationally acclaimed achievements in sciences,
arts, education, business, or athletics, you can file in this category.
It is the first preference for employment based immigration. No job offer
is required. You can file the petition on your own behalf.

3. Labor Certification (LC)
Most people apply for a green card through labor certification
process if you are currently employed. The two main categories for employment
based immigration that require labor certification are EB2 and EB3. Labor

as an executive or manager for the same firm, corporation or legal entity
or a subsidiary or affiliate of the entity that employed you abroad, you
can file in this category. It is the first preference for employment based
immigration.
